About I’ve Been Drinkin'

At I’ve Been Drinkin', we understand that most people want to have access to good food and quality ingredients to maintain their health, but it's not always easy. With the pressures of life {work, school, parenting, etc.} and the demand to move quickly through each day, not everyone has the time or energy to keep up with their healthy eating regimen. Trust me, we know all about it and found ourselves in that same position! We started off making smoothies for our household as a way to add some convenience to our healthy eating, while we balanced work and parenting. We then branched out to making smoothies for our friends and co-workers, and continued growing from there.  We started operating in Newark, DE in 2020. Since then, we’ve been able to help create changes in the way people approach food - and we couldn’t be more excited. Each of our recipes are created with health benefits and flavor equally in mind.
